Terms of Use

Rights, obligations and framework conditions for the use of cuadrastore.com

1. Scope and Provider

These terms of use apply to the use of the website cuadrastore.com and all associated services and content. The provider is the operating company with its registered office at Kühnring 8a, reachable by email at info@cuadrastore.com.

By accessing and using the platform, you agree to the following provisions. If you do not agree with individual clauses, we ask you not to continue using the site.

2. Service Description and Availability

cuadrastore.com provides a digital platform for presenting and purchasing modern products, design ideas, and contemporary shopping experiences. The displayed items, colors, and materials may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

We strive to ensure the website is as continuously available as possible. However, one hundred percent availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance work, technical disruptions, or force majeure. We do not provide any general guarantee for the timely deliverability of individual products.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required for purchasing and certain functions. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information when registering and to update it in the event of changes.

  • Access data must be treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
  • You are liable for all actions carried out under your account, unless you have immediately reported the misuse.
  • We reserve the right to block or delete accounts in the event of a violation of these terms or fraudulent behavior.

4. Contract Conclusion and Prices

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of the order by email; this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.

The purchase contract is only concluded upon our express declaration of acceptance (order confirmation) or the actual delivery of the goods. All prices are in euros including statutory value added tax, plus shipping costs, which are shown separately during the ordering process.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration in good time to info@cuadrastore.com. You can find the detailed cancellation policy in our separate policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made by advance payment, credit card, or PayPal. The invoice amount is due immediately after the contract is concluded. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to demand default interest at the statutory rate.

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods for certain orders or to carry out a credit check. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in the immediate blocking of the account.

6. Shipping and Transfer of Risk

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided within Germany and selected EU countries. The delivery time is usually 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. For items not in stock, we will inform you separately about the expected availability.

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer for consumers upon handover to the transport service provider. For merchants, this already applies upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to demand the return of the goods. The repossession of the goods does not entitle the buyer to withdraw from the contract, unless we expressly declare this.

8. Liability and Warranty

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, and health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods. For used products, the warranty period may be reduced to one year, provided this has been separately agreed. Claims for damages due to defects become statute-barred within the warranty period.

Disclaimer for Third-Party Content

We assume no liability for the content of external links that are linked on our website. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

All content on the website – in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions – is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, public reproduction, or other use requires our prior written consent.

You may view and print the content exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, in particular the scraping of product data, is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at policy.html. By using the website, you consent to the data processing described therein.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time with effect for the future. You will be informed of significant changes by email or through a clear notice on the website. If you do not object to the change within four weeks of notification, the new terms will be deemed accepted.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, insofar as the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, our business headquarters at Kühnring 8a.
